Looks great! The blurred, shadowy attackers let the viewer's eye go straight to the sharp lines and brighter colors of the heroine, the focal point. Her pose especially is very dynamic. The scene is happening so fast that the viewer really wants to see what's next (when she hacks these bastards to pieces)! The action here is wonderful! Great job!
I love how you isolated the colors until you wanted to get the focal point! That is what I am working on with my current painting and with adding a lot of detail and in other spots with very limited detail. It is an art! OHH and FUN! I have come to learn that the challenges and seeing your characters come alive is the fun part!
Well, some areas could be a bit more detailed, but that might just be my preference. Perhaps making just the silhouettes of the characters more detailed would help the illusion that you've put in much more work than you really have. Great work nonetheless ;] Love your stuff.
Heyy, glad you're postin. I noticed something about your illustrations, almost all of them are basically in the same setting. This wide open space where you can see all the way to the horizon. It looks kinda barren and it's basically like an ocean of space between the action and that horizon where there is nothing but grass.
